Trinity Academy School Construction Update

On Saturday, September 19th, the Kenton Neighborhood Association hosted a special community meeting about the Trinity School Construction project. This meeting was an opportunity for neighbors directly impacted by the construction to meet with the developer, Integrity Management Solutions, and owner of the new school.

During this meeting, Integrity Management Solutions provided information about the project (view the presentation slides here and lighting plan here) and residents expressed concerns about a lack of communication regarding construction activity, especially compaction work.

To help keep residents informed, the developer committed to sending weekly updates to residents by email. These emails will include information about construction activity planned for the upcoming week. To subscribe to these weekly email updates, contact nancy@imsoregon.com.

Integrity Management Solutions also agreed to provide the KNA with an overview of the type of construction we can expect over the coming months.

Construction Planned for October-December

The work in October will include underground prep for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The concrete pour for the building’s SOG foundation will occur mid-October. It is currently scheduled for either October 13th or October 15th as weather permits. Portland General Electric will also connect temporary power and install utilities for permanent power.

In late-October and November, the construction crew will start building the wood frame walls for the first floor, followed by the second floor and the roof structure. This work will continue into December.

Next Meeting Planned for Spring 2027

The KNA will host another special meeting in March 2027. This meeting will be an opportunity for residents to check in with the developer before sidewalk installation work begins. Stay tuned!
