A cottage cluster housing development is planned for 7815 & 7825 N Wabash Ave. The KNA wants neighbors to know about this project and how they can learn more.
About This Project
The preliminary plan for this project includes creating two cottage clusters consisting of 17, 2-story detached homes on individual lots. They will be located off N Wabash Avenue, along the N Farragut Street/N Winchell Street Alley.
As part of the project, the existing home at 7825 N Wabash Avenue will be removed; the existing home at 7815 N Wabash Avenue will remain.
Construction is scheduled to begin around April 2027, with both cottage clusters being built simultaneously. The developer anticipates the project will take 10 months to complete.
The Kenton Neighborhood Association is aware of the projects’ impact on our neighbors and is working to ensure that neighbors are kept up-to-date on what’s happening.
We invite neighbors to attend a special meeting about this project on November 7th. You can also reach out to us at knalanduse@gmail.com.
